A 40-minute Penguin Experience
One FREE activity of your choice:
- Option 1: 2 hours on the slope (skiers/snowboarders must be Level 2+ & 3+ years of age to access the slope)
- Option 2: 60-minute Ski or Snowboard discovery lesson

Things to know

Please make sure to arrive 40 minutes before your booked Ski/Snowboard lesson or booked Penguin Encounter time slot
All prices are inclusive of 5% VAT
Guests aged between 2 and 14 years may be required to provide proof of age at the admission desk for verification.
Slope access is available for experienced skiers and snowboarders only (Age 3+)
Guests should meet the minimum skills requirements to use the slope:

All guests must sign the waiver to enter the slope
Mobile and cameras are not allowed inside the Penguin Encounter Area.
Please note that the penguin encounter is a group experience, so you will be accompanied by 12 other individuals.

Terms and conditions

It is mandatory for a parent or a guardian to sign the waiver form on behalf of all guests under 21 years of age.
All slope users must sign a waiver online before their visit.
Slope access is available for experienced skiers/snowboarders only (Intermediate Level 2).
For safety reasons, children under three years of age are not allowed on the slopes.
All offerings, discounts and contests are subject to change without prior notice.
The offer cannot be used in conjunction with another offer.
This offer is only applicable on weekdays and is limited to a maximum of two individuals.
